By the end of this session, all participants will have an understanding of why communication is so important within the work place environment and how to communicate in an effective manner.
Participants will have an understanding of different forms of negative communication that can be displayed within the work place and how to avoid them.
Participants will have the opportunity, through completion of their own SWOT analysis, to reflect on their own strengths and weaknesses and identify areas they can improve upon.
